The confection was structured for a modernized and versatile unit, with automated and robotized sewing machines, organized in work groups, with versatile workers capable to develop new products and to produce diversified articles.

Keeping up with the modernization, the cut section and currently is equipped with CAD/CAM system, automatic knit spreading machines and two automatic cut machines (Bierrebi) for articles without lateral sewings. The packaging  is also automated, equipped with  folding and packing machines.

All the confection process lays on a rigorous quality control and the delivery terms are respected and fulfilled. These factors are decisive for the assertion of the company and contributes positively for the satisfaction of the clients.

The creation of a department of innovation and development is also a Davimalhas bet, composed by a team of young professionals with technical abilities, with a vocation for the development of new products and the study of special fibers, following the market trends.
